From comfort zone to growth zone

As I've shown you in the picture below, it requires many things to pass the fear zone. Hence, most of the time people will stay in their safe zone (or their comfort zone).
In fact, I think the most important thing stop you from moving on is "Overthinking". Overthinking is a common human experience. It can be helpful in some situations, such as when we are trying to solve a complex problem or make an important decision. However, when overthinking becomes a habit, it can have negative consequences for our mental and physical health.
By overthinking, you start worrying about too many factors which hinder you to grow. Let's stop overthinking. Replace it with only one action is learning. Remember that nothing can stop you from learning in your safe zone. Step by step you can start a new journey by just learning from today. Start picking a book you like and read it. Extend your network of knowledge by follow other people on Linkedin.
Just don't sit there and overthink about the inconveniences you might have, but imagine the growth you would have.
